Sandy Spence

Sandy Spence graduated from the University of Toronto with a master of science in Occupational Therapy and has worked at SickKids since 2012.  Her clinical expertise is in acute care rehabilitation of infants and children with oral motor, feeding and swallowing difficulties and neurodevelopmental impairments. Spence currently works in the Neonatal Neurodevelopmental Follow-Up Clinic and in out-patient feeding assessments, but also has extensive clinical experience working with various in-patient populations, including children with cardiac conditions in particular.  She has worked at various other companies doing paediatric Occupational Therapy in the community and in Mental Health.
