Laurie Macdonald

Laurie completed her bachelor of science at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia and her master of science in communication disorders at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). Laurie is a provider of audiology services through the Ontario Infant Hearing Program and is a lecturer with the University of Toronto – Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. Laurie worked at Markham Stouffville Hearing Services before coming to SickKids in 2000. Laurie is currently working with the Cochlear Implant Team and has an interest in cochlear implant candidacy and programming.
