Biography
Dr. Levine graduated from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa in 1982. He has been a staff anesthesiologist at The Hospital for Sick Children since 1993. He has a strong interest in education and was the Program Director of the University of Toronto Anesthesiology Residency program for 11 years. His clinical interests include: craniofacial and neurosurgery and operating room management.
