Nicole Bennett

Nicole Bennett is a medical radiation technologist by background, specializing both in nuclear medicine and MRI. She is a qualified MRI Safety Officer and Radiation Safety Officer. She has over 20 years of clinical leadership experience leading interprofessional teams in diagnostic imaging. These experiences include Manager of Diagnostic Imaging & the Medical Diagnostic Unit at Joseph Brant Hospital, and dual roles of MRI Clinical and Research Supervisor and Interim Nuclear Cardiology Supervisor in the Joint Department of Medical Imaging at the University Health Network. Bennett is currently enrolled in the M.Sc. program in Patient Safety and Clinical Human Factors at the University of Edinburgh.

Bennett has a strong interest in improving quality and safety, and has had a career dedicated to serving patients, families and the teams that care for them. She also has extensive experience with Diagnostic Imaging Redevelopment Projects that will be invaluable during Project Horizon.
