Tenfold increase worldwide in childhood and adolescent obesity in four decades: new study
The number of obese children and adolescents (aged five to 19 years) worldwide has risen tenfold in the past four decades, according to a new study led by Imperial College London and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Funded by the Garron Family Cancer Centre, the seven-week Photovoice program put a point-and-shoot camera in the hands of six teenagers in cancer treatment, aged 13 to 18. The teens took photos based on themes they came up with together (strength, fear, hope, struggle and true friendship).
