150 mL of urine from first morning void in 2 sterile screw top container. Larger volumes preferred.

Storage and transportation

Store at -20°C and transport frozen on dry ice.

Special requirements

Do not centrifuge urine specimen to remove sediment. Do not aliquot or filter.
