Renal Transplant Clinic

The Renal Transplant Clinic cares for children who have received a kidney transplant. The multidisciplinary team includes paediatric nephrologists, a nurse practitioner, transplant pharmacist, registered nurses, a renal dietitian and a social worker. The team is committed to delivering leading-edge specialized care and work alongside researchers to improve treatments.

Directions: 

The first thing to do is register at the Nephrology Clinic. The Renal Transplant Clinic is part of the Nephrology Clinic, located on the Main Floor near the Black Wing elevators. 

From the University Avenue entrance, turn right at the first hallway (towards Shoppers Drug Mart). Once in front of Shoppers Drug Mart, walk down the main hall (Main Street), past the Black Wing elevators and turn left down the first hallway. The clinic is on the left side of the hall, by the Plastics Clinic. 

From the Elizabeth Street entrance and parking garage elevators, walk down Main Street towards Shoppers Drug Mart. At the Family Centre/library turn right, down the hall. We are the first clinic you will find on the left side of this hall.
