Biography

Dr. Brie Yama is a Staff Paediatrician at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). She completed a Master of Science in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Western University and her medical training at Chicago Medical School. She was a Core Paediatric Resident and then Academic General Paediatric Fellow at the University of Toronto/SickKids. She is currently the Inpatient Education Lead for the Division of Paediatric Medicine and is pursuing a Master of Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto part-time.
