Eva Kwok

Eva Kwok is the Vice President, People & Culture, leading the organization’s people strategy, workforce initiatives, and people services in support of SickKids’ mission and objectives. Prior to assuming this role, Kwok served as Director, Total Rewards, leading a series of transformative initiatives that modernized compensation, benefits, pensions, and HR service delivery programs across the organization. 

Kwok brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across health care, consulting, and global organizations. Before joining SickKids, she was a senior human capital consultant, advising clients on workforce strategy, total rewards, organizational design, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Earlier in her career, she held progressive total rewards leadership roles at PepsiCo, including leading global pay equity initiatives. Her experience also spans education, international development, and not-for-profit sectors. 

Kwok holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto along with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry and Bachelor of Education, both from Queen’s University.
