Grief support centres and resources

PACT has a relationship with many grief support centres in the GTA and across Ontario. Please have a look at the map below to gain a better understanding of what resources are available in your specific community.

Hover your cursor over the markers and click, and a description of services and contact information will appear. Please note that this map functions best in Google Chrome, not Internet Explorer.

If you as families learn of other organizations that offer support groups or activities at no or minimal cost to families, please let us know so we can review and share. Please email your suggestions to grief.support@sickkids.ca.

If any providers are offering free sessions in their communities, we will add them to this page but they need to be emailed to grief.support@sickkids.ca more than a month in advance.  We will also send the information out to our bereaved parent list-serve.

\We take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information received. Please check with the organization's website or contact the organization for more information.
