Storage and transportation

Do not spin. Do not aliquot. Store specimen at the room temperature.

Specimen stability in Flow testing is only acceptable within 48 hours of collection.

Special requirements

Flow Cytometry Laboratory only accepts samples Mondays and Fridays from 8am to 2pm, Thursdays from 8am to 6pm, excluding Holidays and Weekends. Do not collect or send samples on the day prior to a STAT holiday.

There will be no setup on STAT holidays falling on Monday or Friday. Samples will be rejected if received on these days (including the Monday and Thursday before a Friday holiday).

If the Holiday is falling on Monday, no sample will be accepted on previous Thursday and Friday.
