Method and equipment
The assay is intended for the measurement of soluble interleukin-2 receptor alpha and is conducted on the ProteinSimple Ella automated fluorescence immunoassay analyzer.

2 aliquots (each containing 0.3 mL of EDTA plasma)

Storage and transportation
  • Store and transport frozen.
  • Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Special requirements
  • Centrifuge EDTA for 15 minutes at 1000 RCF within 15 minutes of collection
  • Immediately separate and freeze.
