About the Clinic
The Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Clinic provides specialized multidisciplinary care for children and youth, from birth to 17 years with cystic fibrosis.
The SickKids CF team consists of paediatric respirologists, gastroenterologists, a specialized nurse-practitioner, clinic nurses, dietician, physiotherapist, social worker and psychologist. They are seen a minimum of every three to four months in our outpatient clinic for follow-up assessment and care.
Cystic Fibrosis Clinics are held two times each week on Tuesday and Friday mornings. We have a combined CF and CF-Related Diabetes Clinic which is held one Tuesday morning every six to eight weeks. This clinic provides combined cystic fibrosis and diabetes care for CF patients who have CF-related diabetes and combines the Endocrine Diabetes Team and our CF Team.
Patients must be referred by a Physician or Surgeon.
How to make a referral
- All patients require a referral to visit our clinic.

On weekends and after 6 p.m. on weekdays, please contact the Fellow on call via SickKids Locating at 416-813-1500.
